About The Position

As a Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of your venue, support the members of our team and drive performance goals forward. The Souvenir Supervisor will oversee the daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments, ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled, and lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager. This role will also troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed, assist with inventory, training and/or recruiting as needed, and report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty. The Supervisor will also take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required), provide excellent guest service throughout the experience, and participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively. Additionally, the role involves engaging in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers, operating the POS system and photography equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. All other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions
  • Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
