About The Position

Photogenic, the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, creates unique souvenir photography solutions. The team aims to bring magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime, partnering with retail locations, tourist attractions, and destinations across North America. As a Sales Associate, the role involves providing world-class guest service and creating memorable photo experiences for customers. The position offers an opportunity to work in unique Photogenic locations, such as Boston Harbor Cruises.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team player who can work independently
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned
