About The Position

As a Sales Associate for Charleston Harbor Cruises (LSQ Harbor, Carolina Belle), you will create magic by providing customers with world-class guest service while creating a memorable photo experience. Photogenic, the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, specializes in creating unique souvenir photography solutions and has been bringing magic to every experience by capturing moments that last a lifetime since 2001. In partnership with tourist attractions and destinations across North America, the company contributes millions of holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families annually. Training will be provided for this role, and candidates should have evening availability and be comfortable working on boats.

Requirements

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player who can work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
Comfortable working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions
At least 16 years of age
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Nice To Haves

Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
Photography experience not required

Responsibilities

Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
Operate POS system and photography equipment
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
All other tasks as assigned
