About The Position

Cashman Photo is hiring Photo Team Supervisors to support our nightly photo operations at entertainment and fine-dining locations throughout the Las Vegas Strip. You will lead the shift while also photographing guests, selling photo products, printing and preparing orders, and completing nightly paperwork. No photography experience is required. Cashman Photo has trained successful photo teams for more than 50 years. We provide comprehensive training in photography, sales, production, and shift supervision. This is a Hands-On Leadership Role. Our supervisors are part of the photo team, not separate from it. You will be trained in each part of the operation and will be expected to learn and perform the same core duties as the employees you supervise. This includes photographing guests, presenting and selling photo products, printing and preparing orders, assisting customers, and completing operational tasks. During training, you will work in these positions directly so that you understand how the entire operation works. As a supervisor, you will continue performing these duties while leading the team and will be expected to step into any position when needed.
