Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
- DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities
- Drive Southwest regional routes with consistent miles.
- Operate dry van freight.
- Handle 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload.
- Ensure 100% no-touch freight.
- Take truck home during home time (where applicable).
Benefits
- Average weekly pay: $1200-1500
- Paid on ALL miles (loaded & empty)
- Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
- 34–48 hour reset at home
- Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
- Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
- Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
- Paid vacation
- Paid holidays (8 days per year)
