About The Position
The Southwest Branch of Equitable Advisors is looking for a talented Advisor Support within the Scottsdale office. This person will report to the Complex Operations Manager and will support the branch manager and advisors throughout the Southwest offices. This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:30 AM–5:15 PM MST) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct research and data gathering
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Basic negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Excellent proofreading ability
- Ability to train and mentor employees
- Excellent collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Recruiting support for our District Managers by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinating between candidates and the Onboarding Manager
- Creating social media content and posts
- Serving in an Operations capacity to ensure the branch’s needs are met
