The Regional President is responsible for leading, managing, and coaching a team of Managers to execute the company’s sales and operations strategies. This position will be directly accountable to attain the company and regional sales plans and objectives and reinforce within their region. As the Regional President you will be responsible for setting regional goals, applying success metrics, developing and deploying competitive strategies to maximize the company’s growth and profitability through providing quality service to the customer. Direct leadership and management of a team of experienced business leaders in geographically dispersed locations. Responsible for the effective operations, profitability, and growth of branch locations within the region. Identify and seize opportunities to build organizational efficiency and process improvements to positively impact business results. Utilize knowledge and expertise of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to optimize our strategy to deliver sales results at the regional level. Utilize internal resources, such as market data and analysis to shape regional business plans and to provide insight and guidance to branch plans to drive business results. People Management : Manages direct reports including the hiring, development, performance management, goal setting, and other managerial duties. Ensures direct reports are aware of and follow established business policies, practices, and Company’s Code of Conduct to create a supportive and productive working environment.
