Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Five or more years of management / supervisory experience required.
  • Experience in the Locating Industry Required.

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews daily and weekly scorecards and communicates expectations to Field Supervisors to ensure performance metrics achieved.
  • Validates Daily Regional Reports.
  • Ensures company standards and procedures are maintained for each part of the operation.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, application processing, applicant testing and screening.
  • Work to reduce/control expenses, damages, and worker's comp / auto accidents.
  • Perform investigations as needed, damages, auto, etc.
  • Ensure day-to-day compliance with state regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Resolve routine employee and customer issues and concerns.
  • Helps team by supporting and troubleshooting software application issues.
  • Participate in budget preparation and analysis.
  • Represent the company at various damage prevention forums.
  • Develops Field Supervisors and Technicians and has the overall responsibility for employee engagement and morale.
  • Able to review and understand/comprehend Monthly Financials of responsible Project work.
  • Overlook and approve day to day Field Supervisor load management activity.
  • Carry out Manager responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
