This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Southeast Regional Controls Sales Manager home based near a major hub in the Southeast (Florida - East of Texas - North Carolina) but ideally near Atlanta with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting. Understands and contributes to the value propositions of the product lines we bring to the market to engineers and end users. Helps drive brand awareness and activation together with our marketing teams for your specifiers & end users. Establishes strong customer intimacy and nurtures relationships with key customer contacts through frequent and productive sales visits. Monitors and reports on funnel conversion to orders, analyzing triggers and opportunity quality to enhance conversion effectiveness. Continuously builds sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills through learning initiatives, on-the-job experience, and coaching to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
