About The Position

Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, seeking to inspire through its food, service, and spirit. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team in Portland. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to a team and business operations, including hiring, training, and developing employees. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience leading a BOH team in a high-volume, full-service scratch kitchen. Experience with Japanese cuisine is preferred. Requirements
