Piatti Seattle in UVillage is hiring a Sous Chef to join our management team! This position requires open availability to work various opening, closing, weekend and holiday shifts. As a Sous Chef, you will have the chance to showcase your expertise and creativity in crafting delicious dishes that will delight our guests. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop and execute menus that reflect our commitment to excellence and our focus on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Responsibilities

Overseeing the preparation of food to order, ensuring that it meets high standards of quality, speed, and taste.
Ensuring recipes and procedures are followed.
Overseeing kitchen personnel, ensuring that they adhere to standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.
In the absence of the Chef, taking charge of managing and supervising all kitchen personnel, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining commitment to excellence.
