The Sous Chef at SCAD Atlanta supports the overall success of the culinary operation by providing daily kitchen leadership and executing the food program. This role is responsible for menu support, food preparation, inventory, and cost control while ensuring compliance with health regulations, company standards, and client expectations. The Sous Chef also plays a key role in training and leading back-of-house associates to deliver high-quality, consistent food service.
