Requirements

  • Certification of Qualification - Inter Provincial Red Seal
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Food & Beverage
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Fine Dining Kitchen
  • Proven experience in a high volume kitchen environment preferred, including food preparation and large volume food production
  • Demonstrated leadership, management and team building skills
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient mathematical and computer skills
