Requirements

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant or club environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Flexibility with scheduling, including weekend and holiday availability.

Nice To Haves

Seasoned culinary professionals with experience in fine-dining environments; hotel, resort or country club experience
Ability and drive to uphold and enhance the culinary experience
Proficiency in multiple cooking styles and techniques
Dedication to leadership and supervision
Great work ethic and communication skills
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
