About The Position
Our Sous Chef @ Drake Terrace assist in preparing all food to the highest standards with thoughtfully designed menus often for multiple dining venues. Ensures excellent sanitation and cleanliness at all times. This is a full time position, Thursday-Monday, 10:30am-7pm.
Requirements
- Bring a smile to work every day

- Be a progressive and creative thinker
- Have 3 years of professional culinary experience
- A current ServSafe certification required
Nice To Haves
- Be a high school graduate (preferred)
- 1 year supervisory experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assists with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients and scratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes
- Assists in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares, equipment and supplies
- Assist in organizing the kitchen and schedule
- Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- Train and develop new kitchen associates
