Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Sous Chef for the Salish Lodge & Spa, a consistently ranked small resort overlooking Snoqualmie Falls. The company emphasizes a people-first, values-driven culture focused on creating exceptional experiences. The Sous Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety. This role involves developing procedures, communicating with the General Manager, managing food and labor costs, and assisting in staff supervision, training, and development. The Sous Chef will also be involved in menu creation, product inventory, ordering, and maintaining grooming and food handling standards. The Salish Lodge & Spa offers a world-renowned spa, two restaurants, an award-winning wine list, and recreational activities, located 30 minutes east of downtown Seattle.
