Braven is a contemporary steakhouse inspired by Alberta’s landscapes, offering elevated cuisine in a relaxed yet vibrant setting. We are seeking inventive hospitality professionals who are eager to push culinary boundaries, deliver authentic, memorable guest experiences, and be part of a team that blends craftsmanship with creativity. Our Sous Chefs are seasoned cooks with considerable fine dining kitchen experience. They are organized, comfortable in high-pressure environments, and capable of leading their section, working independently, and following direction from the Chef. A monumental attention to detail is required, along with the ability to mentor junior cooks and troubleshoot problems.
