Lou Lou's Tavern is a brand-new restaurant at The Refinery, aiming to bring elevated tavern culture to Charleston with a focus on community, music, crave-able food, and epic hospitality. We are currently building our Opening Kitchen Team and are looking for a talented Sous Chef to help build something special from day one. This is more than another kitchen job; it's an opportunity to help shape the culture, standards, energy, and execution of one of Charleston's most exciting new restaurant openings.
