This role supports the Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine in leading the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation across all outlets. The Sous Chef plays a key role in driving culinary excellence by developing recipes, maintaining cost controls, and upholding Four Seasons standards for food safety, sanitation, and service. You will lead, coach, and motivate a team of culinary professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while ensuring operational efficiency and an elevated guest experience.
