About The Position

SodexoMAGIC is seeking a Sous Chef for Atrium Behavorial Health Davidson in Davidson, NC. This position will have oversight of day-to-day culinary operations, program implementation, and culinary innovation. The Sous Chef will support 18 frontline associates and will have high visibility with clients and customers.

Requirements

  • Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Culinary production experience
  • Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills
  • Passion for a high level of customer service
  • Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC)
  • Proficiency in computer skills and report management experience
