They bring a minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef and 5 years of experience working the hot line in a fast paced restaurant. While hotel experience is preferred, it is not required, what matters most is their adaptability, teamwork, and desire to grow in a dynamic hospitality environment. Flexible availability is essential, as they will support a variety of shifts to meet the needs of a busy, guest‑driven operation. What will I be doing?
