Requirements

  • Significant experience in high-volume, fast-casual or full-service kitchens.
  • Experience handling pressure in fast-paced kitchen environments.
  • Leadership skills, with a willingness to lead by example and assist the team.
  • Attention to detail regarding food cost, portion control, and plate consistency.
  • Reliability and understanding of the demands of peak seasons, including weekends and holidays.
  • No previous employment history at The Hungry Tarpon or Robbie's Marina.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a waterfront or seafood-heavy environment.
  • Bilingual skills (fluent in English and Spanish).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary driver on the line during peak hours, ensuring all dishes meet high standards for taste and presentation.
