Working closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team, the Sous Chef supervises kitchen staff, supports menu execution, manages food production, and helps maintain a positive and productive work environment. This position serves as a key leader in the absence of the Executive Chef and plays an active role in employee development, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
