About The Position

As a Sous Chef, you are an essential member of the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service to our guests. You will play a key role within the culinary management team, helping lead and inspire the kitchen. You bring a passion for cuisine, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in a culinary or Food & Beverage line role, or one to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position
  • Strong background in Italian cuisine, with knowledge of regional Italian specialties
  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Michelin-star or Italian fine dining experience is preferred
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership potential

Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency
  • Ensuring compliance with all sanitation standards set by Four Seasons, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across all kitchen operations
  • Supporting and leading team members in delivering exceptional culinary experiences
