About The Position
Baumhower’s Victory Grille is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. As part of the Aloha Hospitality International restaurant group, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary, this role offers opportunities for growth and development within a group of award-winning restaurants. The company is looking for leaders who can contribute to a positive restaurant culture and help the company expand. Qualified managers will receive compensation based on experience (DOE) with a bonus program. The company provides strong training, ongoing development, and internal advancement opportunities.
