About The Position

Belle Noble Entertainment Group, the parent company of Village Anchor, Le Moo, and Grassa Gramma, is seeking a talented and dedicated Sous Chef. BNEG has been recognized in Louisville's Fast 50 and is experiencing significant growth. Our restaurants have a history of year-over-year growth and have received numerous industry awards. We offer chefs creative freedom within established restaurants, providing a strong foundation for success. Our chefs are also business-minded professionals who prioritize operational health and act as a supportive resource for the front-of-house team.

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of relevant experience in high volume environments (5M plus)
  • Stable work history with excellent references from direct supervisors
  • Excellent communication skills with clear leadership ability
  • Demonstrated success in previous high volume situations
  • A portfolio of their most recent work (plates, menus)
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week

Responsibilities
