About The Position
Metz Culinary Management is seeking a Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager with a passion for food, service, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a mentoring management style and contribute to a culture of fun, creativity, and growth. This role requires strong culinary skills, a passion for current, trending, and diverse menus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet setting. Experience in contract dining food service settings such as hospitals, schools, colleges, senior living, or corporate dining accounts is desired. A strong supervisor with solid culinary training, ready for the next step, would be ideal.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in a Supervisory Experience or Sous Chef role
- High Volume background
- Impeccable communication skills
- Restaurant Management knowledge
