About The Position
One Prime is an upscale steakhouse located on the One 09 in downtown Madison, overlooking Lake Monona. It features premium cuts, excellent wine, panoramic lake views, a corner bar with outdoor access, and two private dining rooms. Blue Jack is a chic cocktail lounge and speakeasy featuring appetizers, desserts, and craft cocktails. This is a management opportunity for an experienced individual to add to the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of current full service restaurant kitchen manager experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience is preferred in this Heart of House role.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant management team.
