Responsibilities

Executing menu items to the highest standards across both prep and line stations
Leading kitchen operations on shift, ensuring a clean, organized, and high-performing environment
Championing quality control and a fresh, ingredient-driven approach to food
Supporting financial success by managing sales and profit targets
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential
Assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling across multiple roles
