About The Position

The award-winning Mission Yogurt, Inc. is looking for a Sous Chef to join Timberline Steaks & Grille, reopening soon inside Denver Airport! Mission Yogurt is seeking leaders who are ready to assist our management teams in achieving exceptional results! Requirements

• Candidates who possess at least two years of back-of-house restaurant management experience
• Candidates who have been a Sous Chef at a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines

Responsibilities

• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus
• Produce high-quality plates in both presentation and taste
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards
• Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
• Manage and train kitchen staff, establish a working schedule, and assess staff’s performance
• Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards, including Health inspections
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers!
