In this unique and enriching environment, we offer Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, as well as a skilled Health Center where we provide our residents with quality care and services. The on-site Health Center at Meadow Ridge in Redding, Connecticut is a certified facility providing skilled nursing for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who shares our passion and commitment to making Meadow Ridge the best. Schedule: 6am -2pm, Days TBD Hourly wage range: $26 -$27.25
Requirements
- Hourly wage range: $26 -$27.25
Responsibilities
- Assisting the Executive Chef in the overall coordination of food preparation and presentation.
- Supervision of kitchen staff.
- Sanitation.
- Preparation of food using standardized recipes, methods of preparation, serving portion requirements, meal schedules/proper storage of raw and prepared food and cleaning requirements.
