North Italia is seeking a Sous Chef to help lead a culinary team committed to preparing every dish from scratch with a focus on quality, flavor, and excellence in order to deliver their mission: Great Hospitality, Every Time. The Sous Chef will manage shifts, demonstrate ingredient knowledge and understanding of culinary trends, control costs of goods, maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, manage on-the-fly requests, foster an environment of continuous learning, and manage labor expectations. This role also involves demonstrating knowledge of sales and labor budgets and the ability to discuss P&L with the management team.
