The Views At Lake Havasu is looking for a strong, dependable Sous Chef to become the right hand to our Executive Chef within our vibrant 55+ independent living community. This position requires someone who is eager to learn, adaptable to change, willing to take direction, and confident enough to lead and teach others while remaining a true team player. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn culinary software systems, assist with inventory and kitchen organization, support staff training, and help maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in meal preparation, ensuring dietary restrictions and the nutritional needs of the residents are met.
