West End Tavern is looking for a talented, driven, and enthusiastic PIT MASTER / SOUS CHEF. This role requires a passion for BBQ and tavern food, the ability to lead a team, build culture, and execute consistently delicious food with the highest standards of quality, consistency, flavor, plating, and deliciousness. The Sous Chef will act as the Chef when the head Chef is off, demonstrating efficiency, cleanliness, and a drive for greatness. The ultimate goal is to grow into the Chef position. West End Tavern aims to connect guests with the spirit of Old Boulder through its unique atmosphere, serving beer, BBQ, burgers, and a notable bourbon list.
