About The Position

The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Kitchen leadership in their executive direction and coordination of all food related operations throughout the facility to ensure a positive guest experience. The Sous chef will supervise the line cooks and kitchen staff in accordance with the executive/chef de Cuisines requirements. They will observe daily procedures and processes of the facilities and restaurant kitchens as well as aiding and in the preparation and cooking of meals. As a representative of Remington Park, they will adhere to the expectations and goals of the company and perform all elements of their job supporting the work of Global Gaming Solutions, Remington Park

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass Title 31 Training
  • Previous Culinary training and experience.
  • One (1) - Two (2) years of progressive experience in high volume productions or catering.
  • Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

Nice To Haves

  • Drivers license
  • ABLE and ServSafe License preferred
