About The Position
Trinity Oaks Retirement is currently seeking a qualified Full-Time Sous Chef to join our team. Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years culinary experience (Preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years cooking experience (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation and service
- Developing recipes
- Assisting with menu creation
- Ensuring the kitchen remains clean and meets all sanitation standards
- Overseeing dining services staff
- Managing the ordering of food and supplies necessary for efficient kitchen operations
