About The Position
Bamboo Sushi is a restaurant of purpose, seeking to inspire through its food, service, and spirit. This role is for a Sous Chef in Portland, responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team and business operations, including hiring, training, and developing employees.
Requirements
- Two years of experience leading a BOH team in a high volume and full service scratch kitchen
- Experience as a Sous Chef with Japanese cuisine preferred
