About The Position

The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in leading, training, and scheduling a high-performing kitchen team. This role involves preparing and presenting meals that meet high standards of quality, consistency, and taste, while monitoring performance and production flow to maintain top-tier results and guest satisfaction. The Sous Chef will also assist in menu creation, ensuring alignment with productivity and cost goals, and maintain health code requirements and cleanliness standards in all storage and prep areas. Participation in special projects to improve kitchen operations and elevate culinary excellence is also expected.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of culinary experience
  • ServSafe Certification required
  • Strong knowledge of food prep, recipes, and costing
  • Physically capable to meet the physical demands of a dynamic kitchen environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Culinary certification preferred
