As a Sous Chef, the role involves managing all kitchen activities, including food preparation, production, and the management and training of kitchen staff. The position ensures efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production, maintains equipment cleanliness and sanitation, and guarantees high-quality food products, presentation, and timely service. The Sous Chef will also assume the Executive Chef's role in their absence and ensure adherence to food quality, preparation, recipes, presentation, and sanitation standards.
