North Italia is seeking a Sous Chef to join their culinary team. This role reports to the Executive Chef and is responsible for leading a team committed to preparing every dish from scratch with a focus on quality, flavor, and excellence to deliver great hospitality. The Sous Chef will manage shifts, demonstrate ingredient knowledge, control costs, maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage on-the-fly requests, foster continuous learning, and manage labor expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable dining experiences, be dedicated to safety and cleanliness, committed to continuous improvement, and service-oriented in a high-volume environment.
