As the Sous Chef, you will play a critical leadership role in our kitchen operations. In addition to managing daily operations flow and ensuring food quality and safety, you will be counting inventory and placing orders, executing private events, and leading the team through high-volume service. This is a hands-on, team-focused role for someone passionate about hospitality, organization, and culinary excellence. Located in Atwater, our brewpub is a family-friendly environment with a charming, industrial interior and a dog-friendly outdoor lawn it is perfect to place enjoy the California weather.
