We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support culinary operations at our new 80-seat Pasadena restaurant. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader passionate about seafood, Italian cuisine, and high-volume excellence. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to execute kitchen operations, maintain consistency and quality, and help develop the team - ensuring the culture that defines The Daily Catch brand is upheld every day. About The Daily Catch Founded in 1973 in Boston’s North End , The Daily Catch is a family-owned Sicilian seafood and pasta institution known for authentic East Coast flavors and craftsmanship. With three Boston restaurants and a seafood wholesale business, we’re proud to bring our heritage to the West Coast with our first California location - opening in Pasadena in Spring 2026 . We will be serving fresh New England seafood flown in multiple times per week and prepared with our classic Sicilian recipes, that have satisfied seafood lovers for over 50 years!
