As a Sous Chef I, you will support the day-to-day culinary operations at NBC 30 Rockefeller Center. In this role, you’ll work closely with the culinary leadership team to help deliver high-quality food and a great guest experience. This is an opportunity to build leadership skills, contribute to menu development, and grow your career in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen environment. You’ll play a key role in preparing and executing food programs while maintaining strong standards for quality, safety, and presentation.
