The Jefferson, Washington DC is seeking a Sous Chef to join the team at their award-winning hotel. The Jefferson celebrates numerous accolades for service and its food and beverage program, recently ranked among the best in Washington, DC by Travel + Leisure magazine. The Sous Chef is primarily responsible for daily, hands-on kitchen operations to ensure food items are prepared in accordance with quality standards. This role also involves training, developing, and maintaining employee skills and relations, in collaboration with the Executive Sous Chef.
