About The Position

As a Sous Chef, you will create a culture of food exploration, innovation, and education for customers and employees. You will utilize various kitchen tools and equipment, including the stove, grill, and pizza oven, to prepare meals. The Sous Chef acts as a team player, stepping in for the Executive Chef when necessary. A key aspect of the role is upholding high-quality standards in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness. Furthermore, you will foster an environment of customer engagement, prioritizing fast and friendly service. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of culinary, kitchen, or restaurant experience

• Fill in for the Executive Chef as needed
• Uphold quality standards in food preparation and cleanliness
• Maintain an atmosphere of customer engagement with an emphasis on providing fast and friendly customer service
• Lead, innovate, and contribute to the growth of the company
