Requirements

Preparedness: Must possess and maintain sharp knives.
Open Availability: Days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Experience: 2+ years of culinary or kitchen experience.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with an eye for detail.

Nice To Haves

Previous fine dining and butchery experience is a plus.
