Community First is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team with our luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living Facilities in Mason, OH! The Sous Chef provides culinary production and support to the Director of Culinary Services/Executive Chef in an optimized and efficient manner and in compliance with regulatory standards. Our culinary back-of-house team members are responsible for the impeccable execution of each and every recipe, in addition to maintaining food quality and kitchen standards. This position performs the duties of the Executive Chef when chef is not on the property.
