Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong background in food production and kitchen management
• Supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, demonstrating leadership and team management skills
• Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques
• Experience with inventory management, cost control, and food service operations including catering and banquet services
• Familiarity with menu planning, shift management, and restaurant management practices
• Strong culinary skills with proficiency in cooking techniques across various cuisines
• Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership

• Previous experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high standards of food preparation and presentation
