The Wicked Loon is a high-volume upscale waterfront restaurant situated on the town docks in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, a vibrant lake community. As the hospitality group enters its fourth summer, they are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to collaborate directly with the Executive Chef and oversee back-of-house operations. This is a seasonal position, running from April through October, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent year-round role. The core responsibility involves leading the kitchen through all phases of service—setting the tone, managing pace, supporting the line, and ensuring high standards are maintained from initial prep to the final plate.
