The Sous Chef Manager role is on the Culinary career track of Aramark's Management Accelerator Program (MAP). Designed for recent graduates, MAP is an immersive experience that blends operations and people management with professional development, mentorship, and community building. We are looking for Sous Chef Managers across multiple locations who can help deliver the best customer service and food experiences. This role involves a hands-on approach focusing on team development, culinary expertise, safety protocol, and client relations, as well as meeting budget requirements and executing company-delivered programs. The program offers an immersive experience with on-the-job learning and leadership development, mentorship from an Employee Resource Group (ERG), community building with a nationwide cohort of emerging leaders, opportunities for growth and impact from day one, and a Leadership Summit to connect with cohorts and senior leaders.
